To celebrate, RMIT Culture is thrilled to present a screening of the iconic Australian film <em>The Devil&#8217;s Playground<\/em>, directed by the legendary Fred Schepisi, including an exclusive in-conversation with the filmmaker himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"470\" src=\"https:\/\/afiresearch.rmit.edu.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/https-__cdn.evbuc_.com_images_602955149_469120819607_1_original.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2705\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Released in 1976, this film has left an indelible mark on the Australian film landscape. Set in a Catholic seminary in the 1950s, it explores themes of faith, desire, and the tumultuous journey to self-discovery.
